Shipping Policy

We offer a variety of shipping options to fit any buyer’s budget. We take pride in offering competitive pricing and excellent service to all our clients. Our top priority is our customers’ pleasure; we make product delivery as quickly as possible. We always provide immediate delivery through our agent, and your items will be delivered to your home within 7 days.

1.      Shipping Methods 

The products will be delivered to you within 2 to 5 days within USA and 6 to 10 days internationally at a flat rate fee after the order has been placed in the Elizabeth O Beauty store. When you place an order on Elizabeth O Beauty’s online store, your selected skincare product will be delivered to you as early as it is prepared; our expected delivery time is within one week. After creating the Tracking ID, delivery is expected to arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 5 days in the USA.

  • There will be no refunds once your tracking ID has been generated.
  • After the Tracking ID is created, the company is not responsible for delivery.
  • Your delivery will be left at your home by the Courier.
  • If you place an order with more than one item, it may be split into multiple shipments in order to provide the fastest delivery possible.

2.      Sales Tax

You agree to be responsible for any duties, taxes, and custom or other similar taxes, fees, levies, costs, or expenses associated with importing product which you have bought and shipping them internationally.

3.      Payment Methods

Note: 

  1. If you pay by credit card or debit card, we will gain temporary authorization to charge your card as soon as you finish the payment procedure. We will bill you when we deliver your order or when the temporary authorization ends, whichever is sooner.
  2. If a PayPal dispute occurs before shipment, the order will be held because PayPal will withhold payment under such circumstances. At that time you have to settle the dispute to proceed with the order. 

4.      Wrong Address

If you typed in an incorrect address and notified us within one hour, we will change it for you; but if you informed us afterwards than there’s a chance that the package would be delivered to the incorrect address.
