However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we invite you to review our Refunds Policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

1.      Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. We are giving the golden chance to our clients, if they have changed their decision after filling the order, may cancel the payment before delivery.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 24 hours from the time on which we received the Order Form or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Package delivered. Remember, Registration / Subscription / Processing Fees will never be returned; only the Item price will be Refunded / Returned according to the Elizabeth O Beauty Rules and Regulations.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. During this period all the reclamation can be done by writing us an email providing the following data:

  • Your Elizabeth O Beauty ID
  • First & Last Name
  • Purchased Product
  • Amount deposited date
  • Amount deposited method

When we received your cancelation/refund request before the tracking number allotted or dispatching the Product, we will review your case whether refunding request is accepted or not. You can inform us of your decision by sending an email mentioned below Email address:

2.      Conditions for Returns / Refunds Policy

STORE CREDIT ONLY once items are confirmed as returned to our location. Store credit will be issued as an E-Gift Card sent to the email address associated with the order. There is no guarantee of store credit if there was a claim filed with Route that was not approved.

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Store credit will be issued within 1-3 business days.

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or packages marked delivered by the courier that are not in the possession of the receiver. We are not responsible for any damaged goods or packages. By purchasing with Elizabeth O Beauty Essentials agree to these Terms and Conditions. Always ensure to enter a reliable and correct address at checkout to avoid issues. If packages have been lost or stolen from past purchases, whether made from Elizabeth O Beauty Essentials or other companies, please have your packages sent to a PO Box or reliable location. There will be no reimbursement of any kind.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please be aware that store credit only applies for the original amount paid on products, NOT shipping charges. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded if a label has already been created and/or the package has left our facility.

In case of exchange, the buyer pays return shipping as well as a re-shipping fee for the replacement item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged:

  • Gift Cards
  • opened products
  • Opened Pills
  • Soaps

To complete your store credit, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.

Without a receipt, your store credit will not be processed.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable, at our discretion)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund in the form of store credit will be processed within 1-3 business days.

We reserve the right to decline any return for any given reason.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)

e only replace items if they are defective or damaged to a point where the product itself is unable to be used or applied on the skin. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at elizabethobeauty@gmail.com and send your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If the item is lost in transit when being returned to us, store credit will not be issued.

3.      Wrong items received

We always respect our customers and must satisfy them. If you have received the wrong product then please send us a picture of the incorrect product within 24 hrs when it is received. We will send a customer a return label through email and the package should be sent within 14 days of the original order (indicated by the tracking number). A refund will be given once the item is delivered. The tracking number for the return package must indicate the return was made within 14 days of receiving the original order.

4.      Received Product found broken

If during the shipment customer found a broken item received, it should be immediately informed us by email with the relevant pictures. If you want to change items or receive a refund both will be processed after the decision by our admin team.
